1. Services
MVPs, web, mobile and cross-platform apps; AI agents and automation; technical and AI consulting; and social media management. Scope, deliverables, timeline and price are agreed in writing before starting.
2. Engagement and payments
Projects start once the proposal is accepted in writing. Payments follow the agreed milestones. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Intellectual property
All code, design and documentation developed specifically for your project are transferred to you once payment is complete. Pre-existing or open-source tools keep their own licences.
4. Client collaboration
To meet deadlines we need the agreed information, access and feedback. Delays on those may shift the schedule.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all your business information as confidential and sign NDAs whenever you need.
6. Use of AI
We use AI tools to speed up work, always with human review, and never feed confidential client data into AI services that train on it without your permission.
7. Warranty and liability
We fix defects in deliverables free of charge during the warranty period set in each proposal. We don’t guarantee specific business results. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law; the courts of Madrid have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
